My Philosophy
I believe spiritual growth should change the way we live. Faith is more than what we know, say, or believe in principle. It should shape how we think, how we respond, the decisions we make, and the way we move through everyday life.
I teach, lead, and create from a desire to help people grow deeper in their relationship with God while becoming more intentional about how they live. Through biblical truth, practical wisdom, honest reflection, and useful tools, I create space for people to examine where they are, recognize where growth is needed, and move forward in ways that reflect what they believe.
Because transformation isn't simply knowing more. It's allowing what God is teaching you to become visible in the life you live.
My Journey
For more than 20 years, I built my career in corporate America, working in finance and operations, solving problems, managing resources, and helping organizations move forward. At the same time, I was serving in ministry, teaching the Word, leading people, and discovering how much of what I was learning in one part of my life was shaping the way I approached another. Looking back, I can see how God was using all of it to develop the way I lead, teach, create, and serve today.
Inclination Life grew from a desire to help people experience meaningful growth that reaches beyond inspiration and into everyday life. What began with a particular heart for women has expanded into a space where biblical truth, practical wisdom, leadership, creativity, and intentional living can come together. Today, I bring those experiences into my work as a Christian growth strategist and faith leader, speaker, Bible teacher, author, and creative, helping people grow deeper in their faith and live what they believe.

Timiel Dewberry, EdS is a Christian Strategist, Executive Pastor, and Pastoral Teacher who bridges the gap between biblical depth and practical application. She is a catalyst for transformation, specializing in helping believers navigate life transitions, shatter limiting mindsets, and execute their God-given purpose with clarity and confidence.
Drawing on over two decades of high-level leadership experience in both corporate finance and operations and vocational ministry, Timiel brings a unique blend of strategic stewardship and pastoral wisdom to every space she enters. She currently serves as an Executive Pastor, providing spiritual and operational oversight to a thriving church community.
As the founder of Inclination Life, Timiel leads a movement dedicated to equipping women of faith with the spiritual insights and practical tools needed for intentional living. Through her speaking, coaching, and resources—including her recent e-book, "REFRESH"—she empowers leaders and believers to move from spiritual overwhelm to strategic growth.
Timiel is an ordained pastor, a certified Christian life coach, and holds multiple degrees, including a an Ed.S. degree in Community Care and Counseling with a concentration in Pastoral Care and Counseling, MBA, and Biblical studies certification.
At the heart of her mission is a fervent desire to see lives transformed through the power of the gospel and the strategy to walk it out daily. She and her husband, Patrick, have partnered in life and ministry for over two decades and are proud parents and grandparents.
