This workshop isn't meant to heal you in a day.  It's meant to jumpstart your process. 

Over time, what was once a wound becomes a pattern.
 

What hurt us becomes how we respond, how we think, how we relate and eventually, it starts to feel normal. But normal doesn’t mean healed.

 This workshop is for the woman who knows there are areas in her life that still need attention but hasn’t had the space, clarity, or guidance to address them.

 

Together, we’re going to slow down and deal with what’s been overlooked, avoided, or misidentified.
